Been thinking of the old comedy sketch,
Somebody breaks wind in a lift, everyone looks disgusted and wonder who did it,a business gent in suit and bowler hat,clears his throat and coughs to show his displeasure.
How different that would be in present times.
All would jump back from the gent, starring as if he was a leper, the door slides open and a booted leg comes out and kicks him out of the lift.
Didn't think there would be a time when people would prefer a fart to a cough!
