My wifeanon had a fascinating theory in regards to the red/bronzing of the face. Anons remember Trump alluding to the fact that maybe he was really a spy? No sauce but I know he's said something along those lines. Anons also know that POTUS is known for have a red/orange/bronze face. As the NPC's like to say…Orange man bad.
What if this whole time POTUS has been in deep cover infiltrating the inner circles of these sick vampires. He was so committed to his cover that in order to convince them that he was actually "one of them" he's been making his face red/orange/bronze to make them believe that he was also drinking the blood. Would be an EPIC troll if so.
