WASHINGTON — The closing of the U.S.-Canada border to non-essential travel begins at midnight Saturday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Friday.
Trudeau made the remarks from Ottawa about 13 hours before the shutdown, first announced Wednesday, was to begin in response to coronavirus.
