There is a new bill that was just passed this Monday that would make it illegal for people to return food and other supplies once the threat of the coronavirus passes.
This bill targets items that a lot of New Jersey residents have been "panic-buying," since a state of emergency was declared on March 9th. These items include soap, hand sanitizer, groceries, bottles of water, toilet paper and more.
Believe it or not, this bill was actually suggested by the CDC because according to NJ.com, "'the virus may remain viable for hours to day on surfaces' and that a person can get COVID-19 by 'touching a surface or object that has the virus on it' and then touching their face."
So as much as we all thought this was about the grocery stories, it's not. It sounds like the CDC is worried about the coronavirus resurfacing after we get a handle on everything which totally makes sense.
Violators will be charged $10,000 for the first offense and then $20,000 for each subsequent violation.

they shouldn't have been so greedy. Go get a leaf off the tree. Tear a piece of paper out of a magazine. Be brave. Toughen up. People used paper for years and years. Dont flush it. Throw it in the garbage. Burn it. Innovate. Think.
um, wrong anon, anon?
