March 16 address he stated non-essential state employess were entitled to 10 days paid administrative leave. Meanwhile he orders 50% nonessential citizens to stay home.
If a job pays the bills - it is essential. State considers school taxes, income taxes, sales taxes, etc essential. So by his assinine logic… non-essential workers should be exempt from essential taxes.
