i called them and they are 100% active warrants. it uses 3rd party to search each states' database (courts issues warrants, and theres also separate warrant databases). How active and clean each search is dependant on how each state maintains their databases.
anons are welcome to dig further and pay to get the reports but i dont want to pay (for these hollyweirds) if theres a court anon here, maybe they can look up?
