Figured out the red lights flashing in the WH window the other day. It was not morse code. (My March 13, 2020 analysis attached.)

RED RED

Two red lights flashing = RED, RED.

I'm the 'twoofy sang' poster from LB. Suggest looking up RED RED in the crumbs. Past decodes included red cross, switzerland, blood donations, encrypted data travelling over secured cabling, etc.
