Those are Bradley Fighting Vehicles (armored personnel carriers). One use for them is the command vehicle for tank squadrons.

Those look like the same someone posted being railed through Georgia yesterday, but I have not seen any actual tanks so far, I don't think, which would indicate humanitarian versus combat mission, I think.

Now this is interesting…conspicuously dated yesterday:

Additions to rail marshalling area to reduce time it takes to deploy

Spc. William Griffen

50th PAD

Area community representatives were led on a tour of the rail load operations March 5 on Fort Stewart and were informed on a proposed plan for the rail marshalling area which could reduce the time it takes to deploy.

Command Sergeants Major Rebecca Myers, Fort Stewart Garrison’s senior enlisted leader, Yetta Stewart, senior enlisted advisor at the Army Field Support Battalion on post, and other Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield representatives led the tour and briefed guests on the RMA’s functions and how efficiencies in operations can be increased at the RMA.

“These additions will cut down the time it takes to deploy in half,” Stewart said. “That will mean Soldiers can spend more time with their Families, rather than spending so much time and effort here at the RMA.”

Stewart, explained the improvements to the RMA are necessary for meeting the demand to rapidly push out military equipment to meet combat power needs at far-away locations while easing the pressure on Soldiers.

Just saying – they don't ship that much hardware without plans for using it. Way, way too costly just to do a "test-shipment" or whatever MIL would call it.
