Anons, I started taking a daily shot of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with local honey and water in the hope that it would help seasonal allergies. While it did not help with allergies I noticed that I no longer catch colds or flu.

I've been taking this four days a week for 12 years now and I've only caught two colds and both times it coincided with a break in this regimen for one week (due to being on vacation). On both those occasions the cold was very mild and lasted about three days. My reading indicates that Apple Cider Vinegar alters pH which inhibits the ability of viruses from gaining a foothold. Perhaps ACV will help protect anons?
