There was a video. That showed pages from a document. Purportedly listing all the DUMBs worldwide and their status (blackhat controlled, taken back by white hats, demolished, etc.)
I have no idea if the info in that video was factual. But it was very interesting. It's pretty long. We skimmed through it. They voice-over explaining status as they show parts of the document.

I listen to many of the POTUS+CDC press conferences though, and m any times now, POTUS has said that as a result of responding to the Chinese Virus, our country is now better prepared than we've ever been, in case something like this ever occurs in the future.
