One more thing, 2 actually on your critical timeline.
1921: a Republican House decline to re-appropriation the Representives based on 1920 census. They claimed the house chamber couldn't seat more than the 435 the had in 1911/12 (Arizona and New Mexico joined in 1912). Plus they were afraid the would lose seats and power.
1929: Congress passed the Reapportionment Act of 1929 permanently limiting the house to 435, thereby ensuring we the people would lose direct representation as the Representatives become the indebted go-fers of the rich and large corporation lobbyists. Otherwise by now, we would have had more representatives on an order of magnitude. Oh, BTW, what happened 4 months later? The stock market crash and great depression.
Almost seems like it was all planned from the get go, and those in the know collided to keep the house as is rather than expand to the mandated 483 seats after the 1920 census and even more to join after the 1930 census. Nah, that's just tinfoiled crazy talk.
In addition to repealing the 16th, 17th and Federal Reserve, we also need to repeal the Reapportionment Act of 1929 and get the house seats up to where it should be now. Doesn't matter if there aren't enough physical seats in DC. These "servants" can just as easily telework from home while holding down a real job and face the wrath of neighbors and community when they fail to represent.
