Notable! I raise hogs on a small scale and its a fucking NIGHTMARE to sell it. I have to sell the entire pig ALIVE to a customer. It makes it nearly impossible to sell one because no one wants taht much pork. I would love to be able to raise, slaughter cut/wrap and freeze my hogs in my own walk-in freezer! Then let people come by and buy what they like piece by piece but Noooooooooooooo fucking FEDERAL GOVERNMENT has to be there demanding that I send it all away hundreds of miles to a USDA facility before it is trucked all the way back to me making it so expensive that I can only sell it to a millionaire.
