I don't think the Vatican, Der Germany or O'Ireland fully realize the implications of Trump moving his chess board pieces Bannon, Grenell and Mulvaney to Europe.
The outline is probably from the generals and developed over years. Some of the details could have been put together by people with superior minds like Bannon.
tribunals are active and have been for a long time.
the idea that they won't begin until some future date because of - muh - old supreme court case is nonsense. perhaps executions will wait for a brief period of martial law.
the civilian leader such as Ted Cruz who have the perfect resumes to sit on military tribunals as judges, have all been self-quarantined or resigned from Congress previously.
i think the self-quarantine for Hanx was a military trial over the internets.
I think Hollywood eventually figured this out.
I think Ellen was involved in the planning of some act of revenge against Hanx and she herself got scooped up and was forced to call it off (in a hangman's pose).
Next I think Madge figured that out and began making threats against Dory.
So when I see Anderson Cooper's staff or whoever else they come up "tested positive", I think they are just establishing plausibility for the stars to "self quarantine", but really they are headed to military tribunals.

i think "fully recovered from the corona virus" is code for confessed, found guilty and is now a controlled asset.
i think, "died from corona" is for stars and politicians who deny all the evidence.
