Websites like caarrest are baiscally just the Whitepages website. If you pay $20 or so, the host might provide some public records.
Wntered my name and of several friends/relatives, all the same details as whitepages. If a person has ever had a landline, likely they will show up on the list.
Entered name of somebody in/out prison continually and he did not show (never out long enough for a phone). His dad showed up on the list and he's been dead over 30 years.
