I am not a big deal, but own a little business where I occasionally come in contact with people who are a big deal. Today a frequent customer who is a federal judge came in wearing a face mask and stood about fifteen feet away from me. She was terrified. I could see it in her eyes and face. She is a well connected democrat, but in general a very good person who is not a part of the corruption, or a least not visibly. I shouldn't be, but I'm often shocked at how brainwashed people in high places are. I really like her as I've known her and her family for nearly 30 years and she is as sweet as can be. Having said that, she is dumb as a fucking box of rocks. I'm often so shocked at how dumb, gullible and crazy moderately highly successful people are. ESPECIALLY people in govt!!!!!

I think they are promoted based on their ability to be brainwashed. Anyways, had to rant.
