yep, AT&T does the same thing every quarter year since 2014. They layoff 3000 to 4000 US citizens and bring in foreign contractors, but they are not necessarily H1-b. AT&T has an office in Mexico to avoid immigration red tape.
Oh I can't get beer virus unemployment benefits even though no one is hiring and my job was offshored. Been out of work for 4 years and I cant get an interview. As an American citizen I could use a job and some relief. I am not a person to start my own business, I fail at that, and yes I tried it and it went no where and all that did was cost me more money.
