H1B Visas are a way for foreigners to scam US Citizens, and is frequently used as a tool for Immigration Marriage Fraud by [them]. Foreigner arrives in US, partially establishes, and then cons Citizen into Marriage. Shortly afterward, foreigner then leaves Citizen, and files for divorce on grounds of "cruelty" or some other bogus bullshit. USCIS then protects the foreigner and violates every right of the Citizen, while fast-tracking the citizenship of the foreigner and any children under the age of 21.
