Tenure depends upon publications and one author will add several friends leading to articles with multiple authors. They are clever in starting referred publications that cater to foreign authors.
Bottom line is, foreign faculty have mastered the higher-education, tenure system and beat American faculty at their game. ROFL
Folks, rather than take this lying down, start class action lawsuits to show that American workers are available and as qualified if not more so to accept these positions. These corps are going for the cheap since they don't wish to pay qualified Americans.
I do believe that there is a federal law that states if qualified American workers are available, they receive preference. Correct me if I am mistaken.
It's downright un-American to fill predominantly computer positions with H-1B Indian workers. Our American born graduates are getting shafted. This is what our corrupt politicians who are pro Silicon Valley are forcing thru. AND THE SHEEP REMAIN SILENT AND LET IT HAPPEN.

Why are the AMERICAN CITIZEN's being sold out by their GOVERNMENT? WE need NO foreign workers until there is not a single job that can't be filled with a CITIZEN FIRST (and not Disney's excuse, using AMERICAN's to train their replacement for cheaper wages and bribing Congress to do it!)
