You can't tell if a sealed federal document is an indictment or a bail hearing or something else. 13,000 sealed federal documents might be 500 indictments. It might be 2,000. No one knows. No one is capable of knowing. There's a lot of proofs for Q being real. The number of sealed federal indictments isn't one of them.
