Don't think so, this is more like planning and preparation. RCH1047 is Air Mobility Command, part of JSOC and they are the on the ground planners. EMARRS is the eyes in the sky and a sister plane to JSTARS and Sentrys. It's all part of a command and control network that the cabal can't screw with.

Ronin54 is landing at Reykjavik, probably to refuel. RCH1047 isn't showing on ADS-B Exchange, however I have it on Flightaware just off the Northern coast of Scotland, heading East.
