Isolated this section of her last video without the surrounding "fluff"—the dread and confusion is real, anons.
My interpretation of her comms with the other celebs, is that she is the one in charge of this group—that is, she at least acts as their handlers (or team lead).
They're looking to Ellen for answers as to what's happening.
David Spades lego man was a part of this dialogue.
They don't know what the fate of Hanks is, but they're desperate to know, because this is also likely their own fate. (see Spades' post it note to for Hanks to say something in his video).
Ellen is saying she doesn't know what the lack of comms from Hanks, or all of this means. She doesn't know how the pieces fit together, or get any confirmation.
But "don't worry, team! Ellen will find a way to fix it."
But not this time.
