Received the Census 2020 letter with online census ID

It states to respond by April 1 2020

Was wondering,

Could somebody use that information of name and address to

verify a wanted criminal's residence while we all

shelter in place / self isolate?

Would reduce the risk of visiting the wrong or old address.

… it is the law.
