Thank God the preprint is free for the hydroxychloroquine/azithromycin paper!!!

The journal paper describing the vital breakthrough hydroxychloroquine/azithromycin treatment for the COVID19 coronavirus is behind a paywall at the moment (even though Elsevier said that coronavirus papers would be free to access):
