Well of course you can make fake screencaps. But changing it on you computer doesn't change it for everyone else. This ain't Wikipedia.

I'm not going to tell you that because it's not so. If RonCo wants to hijack what Q has created by posting as Q then he certainly can try. But he can't post original pics from AF1 or the Oval Office. And POTUS would soon drop some pretty strong hints that it's no longer them posting.
But an easier way to do that would be to keep logs of tripcode usage. As soon as Q posted again he could search through the logs and find whatever string Q uses in plaintext. Then he would just post normally.
