It appears to be a video of YouTube's servers getting raped in the ass by board coronavirus-avoiding people somewhere in the world right now, probably somewhere in Europe and the UK.

I dunno that that arc was. But we can see that the vertical lines were associated with planets. There is a lot of optical and processing related artifacts in these images. I doubt anyone outside the project team understands all of it. But considering that it's of a planetary scale and takes days to progress it's more likely an anomaly in the sensors' or software's perception than a big alien spaceship.
