anime in style. Mixed genetics, ruling specieis that taps into negativity of humans. It's all in there. The future USA dystopia from rampant immigration, "new California". Everything looks like urban decay shit. Things wearing human suits. Ancent aztecs that save the planet. It's all just oddly connected. Pizza eye of ra imagery….yep it's prego it's in there.
