Is Force Majeure indemnifiable?

Would corporations have insurance to cover losses from Force Majeure, Act of God, Global Pandemic?

What size of corporation would have insurance wonks and lawyers on staff to make sure their asses are always covered?

When everyone files a claims, who has to write the checks? The insurance companies. When they run out of money, who do they turn to? Their bankers, investment bankers specifically, who pull the funds from their massive holdings of stocks, bonds, mutuals, and physical assets.

The market is way down. It's a domino effect of debt-calling to cover losses.

Losses from the very event (((they))) created.

It's fucking beautiful. It's marvelous. It's the end of an arc. There is gold at the end of the rainbow.

Q. Who declared COVID-19 was a Global Pandemic?

A. WHO declared COVID-19 was a Global Pandemic.

WHO?

(POTUS/CDC is reacting to WHO recommendations. POTUS/CDC is reacting/responding with light taps, suggestions and recommendations.)

WIth a public made hysterical by the MSM, everyone who's afraid of being held responsible for perpetuating the spread of this "invisible threat" is pulling up chocks and heading home.

Scare event necessary ( I was pissed for a bit about this, but the onus of responsibility for this event is the WHO, not our gov't)

What would've happened if POTUS had tried to "buck" the WHO guidance? He would've been crucified. He's going with it, but not being a dictator. Governors, mayors, and sheriffs are using this hysteria to behave dictatorial, but it's a choice.
