POTUS said on Friday that there were companies offering to re-arrange their factory floors to make whatever was needed. He also said that there are companies that are offering to donate their services to help those factories do that (and change them back when this is over).
He said that the gov is being inundated with so many calls and offers that they cannot use them all. So in essence, there will be no problem at all with manufacturing what is needed.
