Found the Source of the Spirit Cooking photos.

Devil's Heaven/Wilson/Weingarten/Obama

They call it Devil's Heaven Dinner and Devil's Heaven Gala in different articles. It takes place annually. The Lady Gaga / Marina Abramovic picture I saw was taken in 2013. Disturbingly, the event seems to still be a yearly thing. The event takes place at The Watermill Center (watch the water). The Watermill Center is "unique" and does "what no one else is doing".

Watermill Center "Art"

Clicking on links on these pages leads to images on sites that appear to be in Mandarine or Japanees or ? There is painted nudity that reminds me of the smocking photos. These people are sick. There are families with young children wandering around a garden(?) of live, adult, painted, nude "art" models. These people are sick. The mind warping of children is disturbing. Q, I know this must be done legally, methodically… I hope "soon" is now sooner, rather than later.

To be clear. The links in this post are to the pictures in this post. No nudity in these links. Don't have the stomache for the other stuff, knowing that young chidren are exposed to this "art". Been praying.

The Watermill Center is run by a man named Robert Wilson. Biographical information on him doesn't seem to say much about personal life (theater director, founder and artistic director of the Watermill Center). University of Texas drop out. Pratt Insitute degree in interior design. Somehow, his work seems to speak volumes about him.
