LADWP (Los Angeles Department of Power and Water) reporting that there is a power outage in the West Los Angeles region effecting 200K plus people. This region is Hollywood/cabal central. I learned of this outage while listening to LAFD ACS (Auxiliary Communications System) radio. Just after that announcement, they went silent. No official sign off. Just silence. Twitter indeed confirms the outage. "Underground circuit" is the blame. No estimate of return to service.
