i would offer that Raven Rock got an at least $100 million "office renovation" that began in 2017. there was no explanation of what offices existed there (was thought to be largely empty) or which ones would be moved there.

it's possible, as a bad ayn rand novel, assets are being hidden to be protected.

it's sexier though to hope they are sitting on tribunals.
