Yesterday. Apparently the SF Chronicle told people that the beaches were open for “exercise”. City people swarmed the beaches potentially spreading the virus.
It’s not locked down. Everyone is trying to keep their business’ doors open. Insurance doesn’t pay (for my business anyway, and I don’t think I’m alone) unless the government shuts you down by directive. Problem is there are too many exceptions. FE, Restaurants stay open as carry out only, so owner can’t shelter in place and get insurance. It’s a clusterfuck.
