The individual had tested positive for COVID-19 and had been under medical treatment at a local hospital. Don't know about the rest of you, but I'd never heard of the "Defense Security Cooperation Agency", but it sounds swampy as hell to me. I saw "major arms sales" and my eyebrows popped right off my face.
Time to dig, and I have no doubt we'll find the DSCA riddled with lefty swamp critters.
