"National Trial"

Many people who have the virus don't even get sick; their body takes care of it. But for some reason, the global crime syndicate and their minions have a bad reaction. I'm not so sure that all these people consume adrenochrome. Could they have some hereditary condition that renders then weakened to the virus? Were they supposed to have been given a cure [adrenochrome?] from the planned Clinton administration that is now not available to them?
