Is POTUS make a distinction for us? Is there a difference between the coronavirus vs the Chinese virus he keeps referring to?
This is along the lines of what I have been thinking. This is no longer just a bio war or weapon. This is now a cyber war. That’s why there is a distinction. Details matter.
