kek, Boomerang Headquarters!
Agree anon. Garlic changes, even if it sits out for several hours after chopping (think), and especially when cooked.
Just gave neighbor with v.bad chest cough (twice to clinic in past week, Corona test negative, CT Scan of lungs) a bottle of Allicin capsules. Have another on hand. Plust about 12 heads of fresh garlic.
Whenever I feel something maybe starting, or beginning of sniffles, I chop up a few cloves and shoot it down.
Garlic is one of the only things that kills MRSA.
Best to you anon.
Ah, meant to paste this:
Allicin is a compound produced when garlic is crushed or chopped. Available in dietary supplement form, it's been found to reduce inflammation and offer antioxidant benefits. Fresh garlic contains an amino acid called alliin. When the clove is crushed or chopped, an enzyme, alliinase, is released.

Good to know. Thought pill-form was effective as well.
If needed, and in future, will do both - take a few capsules, plus press raw, let sit 10-15min, and shoot that (along with my other anti-virals taken as tincture drops, such as Olive Leaf extract, etc. Oregano is good too but watch the after-burps, kek).
>Easier (but obviously more costly) to purchase Allicin C as a supplement.
Good for the travel bag, ty for the 'C' bit. Details matter.
I go organic/natural whenever possible, but heads of garlic in my luggage/carry-on, (((they))) might think I'm after Vampires & Witches!.
>You're really stocking up bigtime on the garlic. I have like a half a head.
Onion and Garlic are my core staples when cooking, and I do 1/2 the meals. Just picked up mebbe 20 onions, was milking just one last week but did a shop this weekend after 7 days isolation with the fam. We were good, but stocked up on a bunch of stuff, incl. garlic and POPCORN!!
