I noticed GOP only had 47 votes. Does that mean affected GOP Senators can't vote? Can only members who are present vote?
If so, does anyone think it's in the realm of possibility that a positive dem wouldn't announce in order to be able to vote, or that a RINO would fake a positive in order not to be able to vote?
A Romney, say. It'd be better for Mitt for brains to garner sympathy for being positive and not being able to vote, than it would be if he voted with the dems (again).
