For Garlic-Fags (LB)
Chop fresh garlic and put it in whole milk unflavored yogurt (Greek or not)
Optional: dill weed, hot sauce
Let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
Use it as a dip for flat bread or vegetables.
Can also pour it over plain rice (very delish, like a savory rice pudding)
This is an easy way to eat lots of fresh garlic.
