Don't know all the connections but can add a little:

The Vril Society was a group of female psychics led by Maria Orsitsch and was part of the occult group surrounding Hitler and the Nazis, but no reference I know of about reptiles. Orsitch claims to have been in contact with what may be the "interdimensional" being you are thinking about who just happened to fit the Nazi description of perfection - tall, blond superior being (what a coincidence) that subscribed the Nazi believe that Germans were Ubermen." This being (sometimes claimed to be from the Pleiades) provided secret information about what became UFOs (for the Germans). All sounded a bit fake to me - but apparently many believed it.

TBH I've always though the occult Nazi thing was the problem and they acquired info from somewhere since apparently they did have some version of a UFO so thye made this whole thing up as an explanation.

It is all tied into the Theosophical Society and Nazis & perhaps the elites.
