I believe as a last resort FF (((they))) had long planned for a worldwide pandemic and had contracted for the production of a novel SARs type virus to do the job
I think it quite possible this was intercepted and the actual virus payload that was delivered was NOT the desired one but a substitute

several currently underway
the hydroxychloroquine's efficacy against this particular virus needs the same level of clinical trial
however it's saftey is already established in a wide variety of applications so "what the hell do you have to lose?"
and there is currently under way by the university of Michigan a double blind clinical trial on the prophylaxis of hydroxychloroquine against this current novel virus
