Just my opinion - the average 'morning person' type is more extroverted and activity-focused, and gets their energy from being around other people, achieving things and and being recognized for it (and for many, also from social media and news - for better or worse). While the 'night owls' type is more introverted and independent, gets their energy from meditation, reading, and learning new things (and for many, also from flims, music, tobacco, weed, and alcohol - for better or worse).
I love being a night shifter, but I can see how life would be easier and maybe happier as a "normal" person.
But anyway, we're all important, and in this together, using our God-given nature to contribute to the greater good as best suits our strengths.
