I always thought it simply meant that they were devoid of humanity.
Perhaps, it's Q's way of telling us secretly, who may be executed, because they took a deal, before patriots stoped making deals.
The deal involved them being killed by something like Corona. (At least from what the public sees.)
Those who passed the date, no deals. Those ones will be rounded up publicly, and they world will come to know their crimes. Unsealing of the indictments on May 5th [5:5].
