Quinine surely isn't the cause for the concern here. Quinine is used in tonic water, you can buy all kinds of tinctures and even quinine in pill form from Amazon right now.
I'd heard Kratom come up, heard people say THC is supposed to help to.
Not a medfag, and I'm in no position to recommend in any capacity any of those things.
I would mention however that despite what people may say about Kratom, there is most definitely the possibility of withdrawal symptoms, and I've seen people have debilitating withdrawal (albeit on the rare side).
Use good judgement and really do your research before you start throwing shit at the wall as far as this stuff goes.
