For the anecdotal observation file:

 

Friday and Saturday I took a 22 hour round trip drive for personal reasons. The trip occurred through a rural part of the US that has NOT been a major COVID-19 hotspot.

 

Part of the trip involved interstate travel on an important east-west trucking route that spans the US. I can report that heavy truck traffic is quite normal. At this time there should be no need to worry about major disruptions to the grocery stores.
