There is a bridge called the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro?
It also has the Catalina Express boat at its base.

There was a dig involving the Catalina Express out of Alamitos Bay. Coincidentally, there is also a Catalina Express boat that docks at the foot of the Vincent Thomas Bridge in Long Beach. We were looking into human traffickers using the Catalina Express to being people from Catalina Island.
Before that maybe yachts to get there.
A possible route for human trafficking would be: a shipping container to LB port—Catalina Express @ Vincent Thomas Bridge—> to Catalina Island —> pickup by a yacht to —-> any coastal marina in California, Washington or Oregon.
There was a dig on a TripAdvisor report with pictures of the Alamitos Bay Express that went to Long Beach. The odd thing about the TripAdvisor posting was that it was called a “Getaway for Long Beach” as if the person were a local. But the thing is, the poster was from Uruguay. Uruguay was known as the South American country that had the highest number of “Syrian” refugees during the refugee crisis.

Btw, we looked at a few yachts. Not uncommon to see a 120 footer yacht. How many yards is 120 feet? 40?
