Was at a swanky celebrity inpatient "rehab" and managed to kill himself. With malaria drugs.
Did he see something he wasn't supposed to?

I remember this bc it was around the same time I found Q and thought it was odd. Also, a few years earlier, another exec at Morgan Stanley in same position, but N America instead of global, stabbed a taxi driver.
