While workfagging someone informed me that a wire transfer processor (Finestra) has been down since last Thursday for a "security related event". I found the article below but there's not much sauce other than my inbox.

Yes, any bank that uses their wire transfer capability has not sent a wire since last Thursday. I don't have specific numbers, but the majority of small and mid-sized banks outsource this type of activity due to costs & regulation.
