Clandestines are ghosts. They are your neighbors, brothers, sisters, husbands, wife’s, sons, daughters, co-workers. They are everywhere. Some are prior military. Others are not. Most have a military ranking though. They don’t get paid until retirement. They are human lab rats and do the bidding of their masters. The whole thing is highly compartmentalized. So some of what they do is actually good for the nation aka hunting down terrorists but some of the stuff… high ranking ones tend to have lineage and are masons. They use the mob for stuff. Again, they are ghosts but are everywhere.
