Ok I have dug more into Facebook to decypher what Zuckerberg is doing.
Converting class B stock into class A is legal as long as the internal paperwork is valid.
However, consider that MZ has pledged to transfer nearly all of his stock to CZI Holdings. But on the face of it he appears to just be using CZI to rake in the dough.
He controls all the stock before the transactions and all the money afterwards. Were I a Facebook shareholder I would like to see proof that this money actually ends up in the CZI bank account.
I am not qualified to know but it looks to me like he is laundering millions of dollars here for almost no cost.
