It's not a noos on the koala. The thing is a toy you hang from a car window. If you look closely, at the top of the koala's head you'll see a white ring the gold cord goes thru, and below the koala's butt you can see the suction cup to stick it to a car window.
don't have the first idea what it's about. What's wierd in the pic to me is what the koala's arm is thru. Looks like a miniature Mae West yellow life vest. Dunno if that's a feature of the vegemite tube since I don't partake of that nasty shit whatsoever.
